Dear Parents / Guardians,

Construction work on the changing rooms is underway at the Glengarriff Sports and is expected to continue until the end of April next.

As Glengarriff GAA Club will be commencing its programme of training and matches prior to completion of the construction works, we ask that Parents and Guardians of our juvenile members kindly adhere to the following guidelines to ensure safety for all at the pitch.

Therefore, all Parents/ Guardians are asked:

1.            To advise their children not to enter into the fenced-off construction area under any circumstances.

2.            To advise their children to remain within the confines of the pitch for the duration of training.

3.            To bring their children to the training session at the appointed time and collect their children immediately after the training session ends.

4.            To ensure that only those children of the appropriate age for the particular training session are to be left at the pitch for the duration of any training session, i.e. no younger/older brothers/sisters are to be left at the pitch for a later training session for their own particular age group.

5.            That, once the programme of matches commences, unaccompanied juvenile spectators are not left at the pitch.  Juvenile spectators must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is responsible for them whilst at the pitch.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Yours sincerely,

Mary O’Sullivan
